Refund Policy
Overview
This policy applies to paid consultations and workshops booked with Solana Insight Journal Ltd. Journal articles and Reading Room access are free and not subject to refunds.
Cancellation by you

Rescheduling
One free reschedule per booking if requested at least 48 hours before the original slot. Additional reschedules may incur a £25 administration fee. Workshop reschedules require 7 days’ notice.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice. We are not liable for ancillary costs (travel, accommodation) beyond the service fee.
Deposits
Workshops requiring printed materials may require a 30% deposit. Deposits follow the same cancellation windows above.
Non-refundable items
- Completed written briefing documents once delivered
- Third-party room or software costs already incurred on your behalf
- Sessions where you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice (treated as no-show)
Work already started
If preparatory research begins after intake and you cancel within the partial-refund window, we may retain up to 50% of the fee to cover completed work.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of approved cancellation. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time.

Disputes
We aim to resolve concerns informally within 10 working days. UK consumers may use applicable dispute resolution schemes where eligible.
